Step Two: At this stage, the Pars Trading team will check your documents, if there is no contradiction in the documents, your customs system (EPL) will be stated.
What is the customs declaration?
Customs declaration is a formal electronic form where information is recorded for goods, goods owners, value, weight, tariffs and others. This form must be registered in the APL system and form the basis of clearance and after the document is confirmed in the system a serial number and turning number is required to keep it until the end of the process.
What information should we include in the declaration?
Details of the owner of the goods
Name, national code/national ID, business card number, address, etc.
Goods details
Tariff code (HS Code)
One of the most important sections. Each good has a specific tariff code, based on which the amount of import duties, the need for permits and other rules are determined.
Value of the goods
Based on the purchase invoice and the exchange rate of the system (ETS)
CIF value includes: price of the goods + shipping costs + insurance
Packaging type and loading information
Destination customs and entry customs
(for example, import from Bandar Abbas to Tehran)
Transport information and bill of lading
What to do after filing a declaration?
Once we have filed the declaration in the system, the goods enter one of three customs routes.
Green route → Minimal inspection, usually expedited clearance
Yellow route → Document inspection
Red route → Document inspection + physical inspection of the goods
The route is determined by customs in a systematic manner and we are required to follow up on the work based on that route.
Important points:
Choosing the right tariff code is very important, because any mistake may result in a fine or delay in clearance. If even one wrong number is entered in the declaration (for example, the weight or number of goods), it may cause a discrepancy and stop the process. Before the final registration, we check everything with you to make sure it is error-free.
Our experience
Many times, the customer makes the declaration himself and due to a mistake in the tariff code, the goods are not cleared and a fine is imposed. We prevent these mistakes by knowing the rules in detail and having practical experience with various types of goods.

Step 5: Receiving and paying for the warehouse
If all steps are completed correctly, it is time to pay the goods and warehouse clearance fee and receive the clearance.
Step 6: Receiving the warehouse receipt
After making the necessary payments and receiving the clearance
A warehouse receipt is issued and after paying the warehousing fee, the customs issues a loading permit.
Step 7: Exiting the goods
After receiving the warehouse receipt from the warehousekeeper, the goods are free to leave customs and can be removed from customs
